The cost to incorporate in Louisiana is $75.00. Included in the cost to incorporate is:

• A certified copy of your filed Articles of Incorporations
• A certified copy of the Initial Report, which must be submitted along with the Articles
• Inclusion in the Louisiana Secretary of State's corporate database, where corporate filing information is recorded and maintained

Once you have incorporated in Louisiana, you are responsible for publishing a notice of this registration in a newspaper that is distributed in your local parish. The newspaper will have its own fee for this; publication is not included in the cost to incorporate in Louisiana.
