The cost to incorporate in Pennsylvania is $125.00, which should be submitted to the Secretary of State's office, along with the Articles of Incorporation, for filing. These Articles of Incorporation will include the following information about your business:
- Corporate Name (which may not conflict with any other names currently on file in Pennsylvania)
- Registered Agent
- Registered Address (which must be a physical address in Pennsylvania)
- The statement, "The corporation is incorporated under the provisions of the Business Corporation Law of 1988"
- Amount of authorized shares
- Incorporator's name, address, and signature
