The cost to incorporate in Washington is $180.00; expedited filing is also available for an extra fee. Note that your filing fee depends on whether you fax, mail, or electronically file your documents; for example, Articles of Incorporation faxed to the state are considered expedited and must submit a higher cost to incorporate than if the Articles were filed online.

However, if you are filing your Articles of Incorporation online, you may be prompted during this process to order additional city licenses that your location may require. These city licenses or any additional permits outside of filing the Articles, even though they may be obtained during online incorporating, are not included in the cost to incorporate in Washington. The fee for these licenses will be added to your filing fee.
