The cost to incorporate in West Virginia is $110.00. Incorporation is done through the Business and Licensing Division of the Secretary of State's office.

In addition to processing and maintaining business records, the Business and Licensing Division manages many other important business filings: registered agent changes, terminating a corporation, and registrations of other types of businesses, including LLCs, LPs, and business trusts.
